What is recovery coaching?

Eating Disorder Recovery Coaching focuses on the how's of recovery and helps with building skills to help you challenge Eating Disorder Behaviors. It is not a replacement for therapy as I cannot help you with the why's of how you developed your Eating Disorder.  Coaching is meant to be an added support to your Eating Disorder treatment team (therapist, dietitian, etc.). I support their goals and we create our own goals together to strengthen your recovery and increase motivation for reaching recovery goals.
